CDR (R) David “Homer” Brooks August 11, 2015

Commander (CDR) Brooks is a native of Kwajalein in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.  He is a graduate of Georgetown University and entered the Navy as an Ensign in 1993. After flight school, CDR Brooks served as an F/A-18 Hornet pilot, deploying twice aboard the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN.  His last active duty assignment was as an Instructor Pilot at VMFAT-101 in San Diego, CA.  After leaving active duty in 2004, CDR Brooks flew C-9’s in the Navy Reserve in Atlanta, Fort Worth and finally Virginia Beach.  A pilot for FedEx since 2004, CDR Brooks lives in Atlanta, GA.
