John B. Goodman GraveJohn Barnard Goodman, from Great Falls, Montana, was born on 02 March 1890, and entered the U.S. Army to fight in World War I (Service Number 198725). He served with the 37th Service Company, Signal Corps, and was gassed during the war. For his service, PFC Goodman was awarded a Purple Heart and WWI Victory Medal.

Goodman’s family never received the honorable Purple Heart, so our organization sent a Purple Heart to PFC Goodman’s grandson, Mr. Mark Goodman in Renton, Washington. Thank you for your service, PFC Goodman, and welcome home.
